Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously. This page explains what data is collected on Yuval Digital, why it is collected, and what is done with it — in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
Database controller
The database controller and site owner is Yuval Zakay, an independent freelancer based in Israel, and the only point of contact for any inquiry. There are no representatives, intermediaries or external sales staff.
What is collected
When you submit the contact form, I receive the details you fill in: name, email, phone, business type, project type, estimated budget, timeline and a free-text message. All information is provided voluntarily by you, and submitting the form constitutes consent to collect it for the purposes described in this policy.
Why it is collected
The information is kept only with me, used to reply personally to your inquiry and assess project fit. There is no marketing use, no automated mailing, and no transfer to third parties. You will not receive promotional messages from me without separate explicit opt-in, in line with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law.
Storage, security and retention
Your details are stored in encrypted, professional cloud tools (Gmail and standard communication platforms). Reasonable security measures are used to protect the information from unauthorized access, loss or modification. Inquiries that did not turn into a project are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted; active client records are kept for the duration of the project plus one year, for service and follow-up support.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use marketing analytics, pixels or third-party identification systems. Your browser uses localStorage only to remember personal preferences (language, dark/light mode, accessibility settings). These values stay on your device, are not sent to any server, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
Your rights under Israeli law
Under Sections 13 and 14 of the Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to inspect the information stored about you, request a correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and request its complete deletion. Any such request will be handled within 30 days and without unnecessary friction, via email or WhatsApp.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top. If you have left contact details, material changes will be communicated directly.
